The location was perfect, so close to the underground and fantastic dining spots. Our family room was spacious, and my kids enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the restaurant after our journey.

My children wanted a larger selection of kid-friendly meals.

I booked a superior king room for one night. The location suited us perfectly, just ten minutes from our event. Rooms felt basic for a Hilton, but clean enough. Staff at the reception were welcoming, which made the check-in smoother despite their system being down. The breakfast was a highlight. plenty of choices and high quality. the room was too small for what I expected, lacking amenities like a coffee machine and proper toiletries. There were no slippers, either, which felt inconsistent. It would have been nice to have more attention given to our room setup, as it didn't quite meet the expectations set by their advertising.
